I haven't seen any in my city. I live in Norfolk, Virginia.
Nope! I live in Harlem and haven't seen any either.
I think I saw one in the Columbus Circle area
but there clearly aren't enough
PSA/billboards on the topic.
If we don't complain about it noone else will...
